SALON SESSIONS

Salon Sessions is an ongoing variety show featuring Drag Queens, dancers, djs, poets, singers, musicians, and live painters with a Bipoc focus.

This is a free event. It includes dinner from Kokkio (Korean fried chicken), free bar, and live performances. All bar tips go to the artists. Performing artists get priority to the guestlist. Capacity limit is 40 people. Invite whoever you want, but list their names on the RSVP. (Don't put +1)

Security is provided. Dedicated parking is limited to 10 spaces. Adjacent parking lot will be available with limited security. We encourage carpooling, bus, or uber. If you want a parking spot, come early. Dinner is at 8pm. Performances start at 9.

On a personal note:

This is a safe creative space for our community. Open minded, like minded. The idea is to eventually live stream it so the artists can take tips online. Have a great time and we look forward to seeing you there!

Flourish Maxzeal

Flourish Maxzeal’s gives you a range and variety of genres which makes their voice unique and smooth like butter. Their music stems from life and hardships and turning them into wins. Maxzeal’s soulful sound reminds you of Aretha Franklin, Sam Smith, and Prince, but a lyricism like Kendrick Lamar and J Cole. Flourish Maxzeal takes hip-hop, r&b, neo soul, and rock to creatively blend a majestic sound.

Gemini Stone

Thee Gemini Stone is a constellation of stars. They are a multitude. From red hot super giant swag to the luminous glow of a supernova and everything in between. They are a graduate of the #ShowThem Burlesque Basics Fall 2022 Cohort, a member of Haus De Corvo, 1st runner-up for Seattle Queer Monarch 2023, and “whole-heartedly endorsed” by The Stranger as an advocate for the Seattle Burlesque scene with a “vision for a brighter, more equitable, and sultrier Seattle.” And yes, “Sultry Seattle” stickers are quickly in design!

Seattle’s Gothic Beyoncé’s edgy rocker aura and goth glam aesthetic will mesmerize you through song, dance, and storytelling. Prepare to witness Seattle's Sultriest Stranger-Endorsed Supernova – this steamy constellation is ready to seduce and enchant you.

Jennifer Moore

Jennifer Moore (The Well Of Sound/DJ Freequeensee) is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in the Northwest.

I sense no difference between art and existence. In this way I am an artist, as I believe we all are. I create as a practice of freedom. I translate life into sound, image and movement, to affect and accept its direction, path, and quality. In pursuit of inner vision and my own feeling tone of love, I work daily to allow creation and possibility to flow through me. I find sway and fluidity in the interplay between medium, with a focus in music composition, production, and sonic meditation. I practice liberation through process, and believe sharing to be an integral part of growth and healing. Love as modality is necessary. Love is all there is, so long as we have the courage to give and receive.
